Ingredients

  • 1 piece of pumpkin
  • Carrots 2
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 piece of green pepper
  • 100 gr. Of flour
  • 200 ml. white wine
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper

Preparation
  1. To prepare the chicken with carrots and pumpkin, we will start by cleaning the chicken and slicing it. We season it.
  2. We put a plate with the flour, we coat the chicken in the flour.
  3. We take a wide casserole, add olive oil and put it over high heat. Add the chicken pieces and brown them.
  4. We wash the vegetables, peel the carrots and cut them into slices. We peel the pumpkin, clean the seeds and the threads and cut it into small squares.
  5. Peel and cut the onion and green pepper into small pieces.
  6. When we see that the chicken is almost golden brown, we lower the heat, add the onion and the green pepper and that way it will brown with the chicken.
  7. Once the onion has been poached, we add the carrots and the pumpkin, mix and let it all take a little flavor for a few minutes. We add a little more salt.
  8. Add the white wine, let the alcohol evaporate. Add a glass of water and let everything cook for about 30 minutes.
  9. If necessary, more water can be added. Once the carrot and pumpkin are tender, we taste the sauce, you can add more salt and pepper. If it is ready we turn off and ready to serve.
