This time I bring you a recipe that I prepare a lot at home, it is similar to garlic chicken but with beer, it is very good and it is another different chicken dish, accompanied by some mushrooms it is a great, rich and simple dish.

Ingredients
- A chunky chicken
- 1 cebolla great
- Mushrooms
- A glass of broth, or a pill
- A can of beer (330ml.)
- salt, pepper, oil
Preparation
- Cut the chicken into pieces, add a saucepan with oil and add the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- We chop the onion into small pieces and put it in the casserole.
- We will let it all go browning.
- When it is golden brown, we will add the beer can and leave it for a few minutes, so that the alcohol evaporates.
- Then we will put the glass of broth water, or instead a broth tablet.
- We will let it cook. While we will clean the mushrooms, we will cut them in half or if they are small, we will leave them whole.
- When about 15 minutes have passed, add the mushrooms to the casserole with the chicken.
- We let it cook until it is done, about 15 minutes or so, or if you like it very cooked, leave it a little longer.
- We will taste the sauce, put it to the point of salt and that's it. If you see that during cooking it dries up, put a little water in it.
- And ready to eat, a simple and very tasty dish.
