The other day while I was shopping I saw a container with a mixture of species called Canarian marinade and I said, let's try and see how we get a recipe with these rich and fragrant spices.
So our recipe for today is chicken marinated with canarian adobo. As we always make the shopping list and we are ready to buy the ingredients that we are missing, we also know other details to organize ourselves a little and that's it.
Degree of Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 1h
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken thigh and thigh
- prepared for canary marinade
- olive oil
- shawl
We already have the basic ingredients We only have to get started with the preparation.
We start cutting and cleaning the chicken. On the other hand we prepare the macerate with olive oil and a teaspoon of preparation for Canarian marinade, mix well.
Now in a container we put the chicken clean and cut and add the mash for it to be well impregnated it would be necessary to leave it for a few hours, at least six to twelve.
Once we have it macerated we can already put it in the oven. We let it be done to taste and without more than adding you can now enjoy today's recipe, if you want, add some french fries or even some grilled vegetables, that goes to everyone's taste.
Without more to add, I wish you good luck and that you enjoy the recipe. SIf you like other meats you can also use it and even with fish, a little imagination and enjoying cooking, which sometimes makes us so scared that we are not able to prepare different things for fear that it will turn out bad.
Surely I tire you of this and that, since I have no idea what Canarian marinade is, I will add a smoky flavor to it.
Thanks anyway for the recipe. They would have to put when they send to Argentina that they are some things or with which they can be substituted!
I thank you for sending me how it is prepared or the ingredients of this Canarian marinade or is it a secret that you do not want to comment thank you and greetings
It is seen that it is an international secret.
Thanks anyway, watch out for the CIA :)
Hello,
Canarian marinade is sold as it is drunk. Surely there is a formula to prepare it, but I bought it prepared.
Greetings and thanks for reading.

But as a cook you will find that it contains.
Hi Ana,
Canarian adobo is a mixture of typical spices from the Canary Islands, although of course then in each home there are those who make their own variations, as with any recipe. I'm going to tell you what it is wearing as I learned it.
Ingredients: 4 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, a couple of bay leaves, oregano, oil, salt and a little strong paprika (optional).
All this would be crushed in a mortar until all the ingredients are well mixed and form a sauce. It is very typical to use it with fish, especially with tuna steaks.
Greetings and sorry for the delay! ; )
Hi Ana,
First of all, I am not a professional cook and I do realize it, but I bought the marinade ready-made and it has oregano, thyme, red pepper, garlic and cumin.
regards
Loreto
Thanks Loreto, did you see that one realizes? I'm not a professional either, but I love to cook.
