Surely I tire you of this and that, since I have no idea what Canarian marinade is, I will add a smoky flavor to it.
Thanks anyway for the recipe. They would have to put when they send to Argentina that they are some things or with which they can be substituted!

      Hi Ana,

Canarian adobo is a mixture of typical spices from the Canary Islands, although of course then in each home there are those who make their own variations, as with any recipe. I'm going to tell you what it is wearing as I learned it.

Ingredients: 4 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, a couple of bay leaves, oregano, oil, salt and a little strong paprika (optional).

All this would be crushed in a mortar until all the ingredients are well mixed and form a sauce. It is very typical to use it with fish, especially with tuna steaks.

Greetings and sorry for the delay! ; )

    Hi Ana,

First of all, I am not a professional cook and I do realize it, but I bought the marinade ready-made and it has oregano, thyme, red pepper, garlic and cumin.

    regards

    Loreto
