Chicken breast and vegetable rolls
All the chicken breasts Grilled or baked are a regular on my weekly menu and I'm sure they are also on yours. Are you tired of always cooking them in the same way? In this recipe you have a fantastic proposal to vary their presentation and make them more attractive.
It is a simple recipe that does not require any special skill. It consists of filling some breasts with a vegetable combination poached. What vegetables? In this case I have used the ones I had on hand, onion, green pepper and red pepper, but you can try different combinations. The result is pleasing to the eye and delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- 1 small green bell pepper
- The same amount of red pepper
- Aveite
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- Bread crumbs
- 2 chopsticks
Crafting
We chop finely diced onion and peppers.
Heat a jet of oil in a frying pan and we poach the vegetables for 5-10 minutes, until tender. During the process, we salt and pepper.
Place the chicken breast fillets on a plate or board and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Next we place a teaspoon of vegetables, drained, on the breast and we roll the fillet about them. We close with a toothpick so that they do not open when frying.
We carefully pass the breast rolls through breadcrumbs and we fry in oil very hot. We will need a good amount of oil so that the breasts become good for us on all sides.
We take out of the pan and we present the rolls on the plate with the rest of the vegetables.
Notes
If you do not have much tomorrow cutting steaks, you can ask your butcher to prepare them so that they come out beautiful and fine steaks.
