This puree is suitable for children from 8 to 10 months and all the ingredients used are easily digestible. The chicken and vegetable puree is very complete and satisfying, which is perfect to have in the evening as a single dish. In case you want to take it as a main dish, you can accompany this delicious puree with a grilled fish or a vegetable omelette. Without further ado we get down to the kitchen!

Ingredients
  • 1 drumstick and a chicken carcass
  • Carrots 2
  • A piece of pumpkin
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 medium potato
  • One onion
  • Virgin olive oil
  • shawl

Preparation
  1. First we are going to peel and clean all the vegetables very well.
  2. Once ready, we cut them into small portions.
  3. Now, we put a base of virgin olive oil in the quick cooker and put it over the fire.
  4. Add all the vegetables together and fry for a few minutes over medium heat.
  5. While the vegetables are browning, we are going to clean the chicken very well with water to remove the blood.
  6. We remove excess fat so that the puree is lighter and healthier.
  7. Once the vegetables take color, add the chicken and let it brown for a couple of minutes.
  8. After that time, we add water to cover or until we reach the indicated mark.
  9. We cover the pot and leave over high heat until the steam begins to come out.
  10. We lower the heat and cook for about 18 minutes.
  11. After that time, we remove the pot from the heat and let the valve drop completely and it is safe to open the speed cooker.
  12. We take out the chicken and let it warm.
  13. We remove the vegetables and place them in the blender glass.
  14. We reserve the water resulting from the cooking.
  15. With the mixer, we blend all the vegetables, adding broth in small quantities until obtaining a light puree.
  16. We remove all the meat from the chicken and remove the carcass and bones.
  17. Add the chicken to the vegetables and blend again until everything is well integrated.
  18. We are adding broth until we obtain the desired texture.
