Cherry mousse

Ingredients:
4 gelatin sheets
3dl Red Wine
2 dl cherry liqueur
175g of yogurt
15dl of cream
120g cherries
50g icing sugar

Preparation:

Remove the pit from the cherries and puree the meat and sugar, liqueur and yogurt.
Drain the gelatin previously soaked in cold water and add the boiled red wine, so that it dissolves. Add the mixture of yogurt and cherries.
Let it cool down, add the whipped cream and mix until everything is integrated.
Fill the molds with 12dl capacity and leave to cool in the refrigerator until set.
Serve with some fresh cherries
