The cherries in this case they are baked bathed in a liquid dough based on eggs, flour, milk, butter and sugar until set. Although originally the cherries were integrated whole and with bone, I prefer to pit them so that it is more comfortable to eat and nobody gets any scares.   • 100 g. Of flour
  • 100 g. icing sugar
  • 200 ml. of liquid cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g. of butter
  • 50 ml. milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 250 g. cherries

Crafting

We preheat the oven at 180º and grease a 20-22cm mold. small diameter.

We mix in a container the flour with the sugar and then we incorporate all the ingredients one by one until they are all integrated and obtain a homogeneous liquid mass.

We pour the dough into the mold and place the pitted cherries above.

Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

We serve hot, warm or cold.
