Cheese flan in the pressure cooker

Ingredients:
1/2 liter of water
1 small jar of condensed milk
1 tub of Philadelphia cheese
4 eggs
Liquid candy

Preparation:
Beat everything, put in a mold with a caramelised lid and put in an express pot, in which you must put water until slightly less than half of the mold.

Cook for 15 minutes, let cool, unmold and garnish with whipped cream and cherries.
