Ingredients
- 500 gr. cream or heavy cream
- 300 gr. cream cheese
- 150 gr. sugar
- 250 gr. milk
- 2 sachets of curd
- 1 jar of liquid caramel
Preparation
- To make the cheese and curd flan, we will start by putting a saucepan over medium heat with the cream, cream cheese, sugar and half of the milk. We will stir with a spatula until all waste is left and all the ingredients are integrated.
- We will put the rest of the milk in a jug and add the two envelopes of curd. The curd powder must be well dissolved and without lumps.
- When the saucepan is well dissolved, we will add the milk with the curd envelopes, and we will stir until it begins to thicken. We turn off and reserve.
- We put liquid caramel in a mold.
- We will add the cheese flan and curd in the mold. We put it in the fridge for about 3 hours or until serving time.
- When we want to serve the flan, we take it out of the fridge and put it in a serving platter.
- Ready to eat. A rich, smooth and creamy cheese and curd flan.
