Cereal with banana for breakfast
Breakfast it's something we take seriously at home. A good fresh orange juice and the corresponding cup of milk / coffee are never lacking on the table. As for the accompaniment, we like to vary so as not to get bored; we intersperse toast of bread, homemade pastry, cereals of all kinds and fruit.
Cereals and fruit they form a good tandem. Whole grains, like muesli or granola, are a good option for us, while for the little ones the priority is usually the chocolate ones, of course! Both combine wonderfully with bananas and other fruits, constituting a delicious and most complete breakfast bathed in milk.
Remember that breakfast should cover between 10 and 30% of the daily nutritional intakes. Following these considerations, the profile in the composition of a breakfast it should consist of foods rich in carbohydrates such as bread, cereals or cookies, as well as sugar, honey or jam; a moderate protein and fat intake (cold cuts, butter or margarine ...), and a good dose of foods rich in calcium (dairy products) and fiber, vitamins and minerals (fruits or juices).
Ingredients
Per person:
1 serving of cereals
1 small banana
4 grapes (cut in half)
1 glass of milk
Crafting
Combine the cereal and a banana chopped in a bowl.
Water them with a glass of milk and taste them while they are still crisp.
Notes
La recommended serving of cereals for breakfast it ranges between 30 and 40 grams.
You can also add banana other fruits: strawberries, blackberries, kiwi, grapes ... the one you like the most.
