The recipe that I present to you constitutes a different option to taste, since it is made with foods suitable for celiacs that are totally gluten-free and delicious to savor with breakfast, a snack or as a dessert.
Ingredients:
400 grams of gluten-free flour
11/2 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
3 bars of grated chocolate (suitable for celiacs)
150 grams of butter
100 grams of sugar
2 yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Gluten-free dulce de leche, required quantity
Preparation:
In a bowl mix the flour with the baking powder and form a crown. Pour the grated gluten-free chocolate, butter, egg yolks, vanilla essence and sugar in the center. Then, combine the ingredients without kneading too much, stretch the dough and cut small medallions.
Arrange the medallions on a buttered plate and cook in a moderate oven for approximately 10 minutes. Once the tapas are cold, fill them with dulce leche and make the alfajores.
