Celiacs: simple sponge cake with gluten-free honey

The simple recipe that we will prepare is especially suitable for all those who suffer from celiac disease and for this reason, it is not for this reason that you stop depriving yourself of tasting a delicious sponge cake with honey at tea time.

Ingredients:

1 cup of rice flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
3 large eggs
5 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon of baking soda
vanilla essence, a few drops

Preparation:

First you must mix the rice flour, cornstarch and bicarbonate in a bowl and sift them and in another bowl beat the eggs very well together with the honey and the vanilla essence.

Next, add the mixture of flours to the beaten eggs with soft and enveloping movements so that the preparation does not fall. Spread a cake mold with a little oil and sprinkle it with gluten-free flour and pour all the preparation. Cook the cake in a moderate oven for approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Once cooked, let it cool before unmolding and consuming.
