Celiacs: gluten-free salty snack sticks

Using gluten-free flours and starches, today we will prepare delicious salty sticks for all celiacs to enjoy with the starter or the aperitif on the weekend.

Ingredients:

12 tbsp cornstarch
6 tbsp rice flour
6 tbsp cassava flour
2 tbsp chickpea flour
3 eggs
2 yolks
2 tablespoons of common oil
Salt to taste

Preparation:

Using a clean and dry kitchen counter, form a crown with the dry ingredients and then add the eggs, the yolks, the common oil and the necessary amount of water until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth dough.

Once the dough is ready, cut small portions and form sticks like the breadsticks type. And finally, fry them in a pot or pan with plenty of hot oil. When you remove them, drain them for a few minutes on absorbent paper sheets.
