Baked potato and egg casserole

Ingredients
For each serving
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 medium potato
- 1 tablespoon of liquid cream
- 1 egg
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- Iliva oil
- Parsley
Crafting
Preheat the oven at 180º.
We chop the onion finally and fry with a drizzle of oil in a frying pan for a few minutes.
Mientras, we peel the potato and cut it into thin slices. We add them to the pan, add salt and pepper and cook about 8-10 minutes so that the potatoes become soft.
We place the onion and potatoes in the base of a casserole. Next, we cover with a few tablespoons of liquid cream.
We crack the egg on top, sprinkle parsley and we take the casserole to the oven.

We serve hot.
