Baked potato and egg casserole

If, as I do, you like simple things, you will like this proposal. This recipe from egg with potatoes Baked is another way to cook an exquisite dinner. We transfer the ingredients to a saucepan that we will also use as a presentation.

You can of course improvise other ways of presenting it. For a large family another option may be to present all the servings together in one oven plate It's up to you! The important thing here are the ingredients: eggs, potatoes, onion, cream and some other seasonings to give this dish even more flavor.

Ingredients

For each serving

• 1/2 small onion
• 1 medium potato
• 1 tablespoon of liquid cream
• 1 egg
• Sal Island
• Pepper
• Iliva oil
• Parsley

Crafting

Preheat the oven at 180º.

We chop the onion finally and fry with a drizzle of oil in a frying pan for a few minutes.

Mientras, we peel the potato and cut it into thin slices. We add them to the pan, add salt and pepper and cook about 8-10 minutes so that the potatoes become soft.

We place the onion and potatoes in the base of a casserole. Next, we cover with a few tablespoons of liquid cream.

We crack the egg on top, sprinkle parsley and we take the casserole to the oven.

Bake for 10 minutes; the white should set but not the yolk.

We serve hot.
