Ingredients:
100 g flour
100 butter g
100 g of sugar
Egg whites 4
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Preparation:
Work the butter and sugar in a bowl until you get a cream. Mix the sifted flour and vanilla. Mix the flour with the buttercream, add one egg white at a time. Put the dough in a pastry bag with a smooth nozzle and form thin strips of about 5-6 cm on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 7 minutes.
Be careful not to burn the cookies as they are very thin and cook quickly.
