Carrot, orange and ginger juice

This orange and carrot juice is perfect after excesses; a great way to start the day strong.

Ingredients

• 5-6 oranges
• Carrots 4
• 1 small apple
• 1 pinch of ginger

Preparation

1. We wash both the carrots (which we will peel) and the apple and cut them into small pieces.
2. We squeeze the oranges to make juice.
3. We put in a food processor all the ingredients and crush them
4. We add a pinch of grated ginger and we serve.

Notes

You can peel the apple or leave it with the skin to preserve all the vitamins.
If you do not like to find the pulp of any fruit, you can strain the juice once it is made.
