Degree of difficulty: Very easy
Preparation time: 20 minutes approx.
Ingredients for about 6-8 people:
- 3 or 4 courgettes
- 4 carrots
- 5 potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sal Island
- A bit of parsley
Bring about 1,5 to 2 liters of water to a boil. While cleaning well the zucchini, carrots, potatoes and cut everything into cubes. When the water has started to boil add the vegetables, salt, pepper, olive oil and parsley.
When the vegetables are ready, pass everything through the blender and, if necessary, add more water, depending on how solid you want to give the cream. And ready!.
When serving ...
I didn't put anything on it but you can serve it with croutons, chopped boiled egg or even sprinkled with any herb or spice that you like.
- When it comes to passing everything through the blender you can add a couple of cheeses in portions or a little bit of butter to get creaminess.
- As you will see, I do not add anything to make it creamy, simply by passing everything through the blender I take into account that the water only exceeds the vegetables a few centimeters. In this way I save myself adding industrial foods to a dish that can be totally natural.
- Our creams they are a very simple way to get children to eat vegetables. If you also add a little pasta in the shape of drawings, you are guaranteed success.
- This recipe is also suitable for babies from 6 months, only salt, pepper and olive oil should be omitted, depending on the age of the baby.
