Canned mushrooms or mushrooms in oil is a simple recipe to make and they are characterized by their great nutritional value in high quality proteins, making them delicious to consume as a garnish to accompany legumes, pasta, fish, rice, vegetables and meats.
Ingredients:
500 grams of mushrooms
oil, quantity required
1 clove
2 Bay leaves
black peppercorns, to taste
Preparation:
Clean the mushrooms one at a time with a dry cloth and then place them in a pot of boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain them and leave them for a few minutes on a canvas or cloth.
Arrange them in a glass jar, interspersing them with the black peppercorns, bay leaves and cloves. Add the necessary oil to cover this preparation. Close the jar well and sterilize it for an hour in a water bath and on a very low heat. Store the jar in a cool place.
