Ingredients:
2 heaping tablespoons powdered sugar
4 eggs
250 cc of heavy cream
1 cup of cane honey
Preparation:
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with sugar until the preparation is very hard. Beat the well whipped cream, add the honey and beat gently. Finally, beat just two of the whites until stiff and add the previous preparation in an enveloping way.
