Ingredients
  • 1k potatoes
  • 250gr. sliced ​​smoked bacon
  • Grated cheese, parmesan, enmemtal ..
  • Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 200ml. cream for cooking
  • shawl

Preparation
  1. We preheat the oven to 180ºC
  2. We take a dish suitable for the oven and spread it with a little butter and line it with the bacon slices, overlapping one on top of the other, so that the entire mold is covered, also on the sides.
  3. We peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices and salt them.
  4. We will put a layer of potatoes on top of the bacon, without leaving space between them, then a layer of grated cheese, another of potato, and another of cheese and here some strips of bacon and we finish with a layer of potato.
  5. In a bowl we beat the eggs and the cream, we will put a little salt.
  6. We cover the mold with the potatoes and the bacon with this mixture. It does not have to be covering everything, since when the potatoes cook, the cake goes down and it is already covered with the mixture.
  7. We put it in the oven at 180º for about 50 minutes or until the potato is curdled and soft. We will take it out of the oven, let it temper, and we will turn it over so that the bacon will have been well browned.
