I am more of nuts but it was not about satisfying me. I tangled here and there looking for recipes different from the ones I had tried and found this one that I will probably repeat and the one that added hazelnuts. Cheap and simple, you will surprise locals and strangers with this hazelnut brownie. Do you want to make it even more irresistible? Serve with melted chocolate on top.

Ingredients

  • 125 g. dark chocolate 61% pure cocoa
  • 125 g. of butter
  • 200 g. of sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 140 g. Of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 100 g of chopped hazelnuts
  • Chocolate chips

Crafting

We preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

We cover with paper oven the mold to facilitate the removal of the brownie.

We melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave, heating it at 30 second intervals so that the chocolate does not burn.

In another bowl we beat the eggs with the sugar, flour, vanilla, yeast and salt.

Let the chocolate warm and add the mixture of eggs and flour to it. We mix until we achieve a uniform mass.

We add the hazelnuts chopped and the chocolate chips and mix with the help of a spatula.

We pour the dough into the mold and level the surface.

Bake about 20-25 minutes. The brownie should be a little moist on the inside.
