Ingredients
  • 1 kg of chicken breasts
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 envelope of onion soup
  • 400 ml of cooking cream
  • Parmesan
  • Ground black pepper
  • Curry
  • Sal Island
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. The first of all will be sauté with a little olive oil, a onion cut into very thin and small slices. When the onion is tender, the next step will be to add the chicken breasts, previously salt-pepper along with the onion soup envelope. This envelope will add a special flavor to our recipe.
  2. We will let the chicken breasts start to brown a little on the outside. To do this, we put it at a medium heat for about 10 minutes approximately. When they are somewhat golden, we will add the cream to cook along with a little bit of curry and el Parmesan. We do not put amounts of Parmesan cheese because it will be to the consumer's taste.
  3. We cover and leave over medium heat for about 15 minutes, so that the meat is well done inside. Next we will only have to try our cream and onion sauce, and set aside.
