INGREDIENTS:
- 4 thick slices of ham.
- 1 egg.
- Bread crumbs.
- Flour.
- Oil.
- Sliced cheese.
PROCESS:
- We put the cheese in slices between two slices of ham and we pass them, first in flour, then in the egg and, finally, in the breadcrumbs.
- In a pan with hot oil we put the ham and fry it.
