The recipe
- 1 sweet potato
- 300g frozen peas
- ½ white onion
- ½ red onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Peel the sweet potato and cut it in dice or sticks 1-1,5 centimeters thick. Then, we place the pieces on the oven tray lined with parchment paper and take them to the oven.
