Ingredients
  • 500 gr. of green beans
  • 500 gr. crushed tomato
  • 1 cebolla
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 egg for each diner
  • Oil and salt

Preparation
  1. We clean the green beans, remove the ends, chop them and put them in a bowl to wash them. While we put a pot with water to heat and a little salt, when it starts to boil we add the beans and we will have them for about 10 minutes.
  2. On the other hand we prepare the tomato sauce, in a hot pan we will put a jet of oil, chop and fry the garlic. Before the garlic is browned, add the chopped onion, let it simmer for a few minutes, when the onion begins to be transparent, add the tomato, add a little salt and a teaspoon of sugar. Let cook over medium heat until the sauce is ready.
  3. When the beans are cooked, drain them well and add them to the sauce, rectify with salt and cook for a few minutes so that they take on all the flavor of the sauce.
  4. We put a saucepan with water and put the eggs to cook, when they are cooked we cool, peel them and accompany them with the plate of beans, we can chop it into pieces and put it in the sauce if we like.
