Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 and ½ glasses of flour
  • 1 and ½ glasses of sugar
  • 1 glass of Nesquik
  • ½ glass of sunflower oil
  • ½ glass of milk
  • 1 sachet of backing powder

Preparation
  1. We choose a medium size bowl, which we will use to add the ingredients. The first two ingredients that we will pour into it will be the 4 eggs and a glass and a half of sugar. We will beat it all with the help of a dipstick until the mixture is clear.
  2. Next we add the half glass of sunflower oil (you can also use olive oil with a mild flavor) and half a glass of milk (in our case it was semi-skimmed milk). We also add a glass of soluble cocoa (in our case it was Hacendado brand cocoa), a glass and a half of previously sifted flour and the envelope of baking yeast.
  3. We stir well until the mixture is completely homogeneous and without lumps.
  4. Next we choose a detachable cake pan, to which we will add a few drops of olive oil and flour so that it does not stick. We pour our sponge cake mixture into it and put in the oven for 1 hour approximately at 180 degrees. It is important that the oven is preheated.
  5. We are checking the consistency of the cake with the help of a toothpick or fork.

Notes
You can decorate the cake with a little sugar glass.
