Biribiris, simply irresistible!

biriris

To start a Monday with energy after a great holiday bridge, we have suggested making a delicious dessert that will cheer us up a bit the day after these mini-vacations. This dessert, called biribiris, it is my favorite, whenever we go to have a snack at a pastry shop, I ask for it or take it with me, because its flavor is splendid.

All desserts, for those of us who are confectioners, they are great, however, this is the one that takes the cake, since it is an irresistible, rich, and very easy and fast to prepareThe only thing more difficult is to mount the whites, because you have to have a well-trained bicep or a very practical rod robot. You dare?.

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites.
  • 150 g of sugar.
  • Maria Dorada type cookies.
  • 2 chocolate bars.
  • 75 g of butter.

Preparation

Firstly, we will mount the egg whites. It can be assembled both by hand and with electric rods, clearly you must have a good arm, because the whites must be well mounted, where when lifting the rod it stays up.

When they are about to snow, let's go dusting the sugar little by little, without stopping to mount, since the sugar can lower the whites. We will continue riding until we get a very consistent cream. If you do it by hand, you must mount with some rods energetically and with movements we wrap, so that the air is introduced and thus double the volume.

We will arrange the cookies on a baking sheet and on top, we will place the meringue with the help of a pastry bag, so that it is pointed. We will put it in the oven to 50ºC for about 10 min, until we see that the meringue has dried.

After this time, we will let temper and we will pass the biribiris to a grid. This must be in the high position, I have used 4 glasses at the ends. In addition, we will put many napkins underneath so as not to make the kitchen very dirty.

We will melt the chocolate with the butter, and bathe the biribiris, covering absolutely all the meringue, that's why putting the napkins. Finally, we will let the chocolate harden and we can now enjoy this typical gastronomic dessert.
