Tenderloin steaks stuffed with bacon

Here you have a great recipe to prepare on a romantic or special night.

Ingredients:

8 thick sirloin steaks
100 g smoked bacon
1 hard boiled egg
8 olives, chopped
100 g creamy cheese diced
1 raw egg
1 teaspoon of mustard

Preparation:

Take the steaks and make a cut in the middle forming a bag and season them. Put chopped bacon, olives, cheese, chopped hard-boiled egg, raw egg and mustard in a bowl. Season to taste and mix everything.

Fill the steaks with this preparation and close the opening with a toothpick or kitchen string.

Wrap the bags with aluminum foil and cook in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
