Chicken with Prawns with Beer

On other occasions I have already prepared recipes with chicken and prawns but always in a more or less traditional way. Today I will use the same ingredients to be able to prepare the recipe that I bring, but seasoned in a special way.

Our brewing today is a rich beer chicken with prawns. Quick and delicious to prepare. As always we go shopping and we organize the time to prepare the recipe.

Ingredients for 4 people:

• 4 chicken quarters
• 8 prawns or prawns
• beer

• garlic and parsley
• oil

Now we brown the chicken in a pan with a little oil, little because the chicken will release the fat and then the plate will be somewhat heavy, when it is browned do not forget to degrease.

We add the beer and let it evaporate for a while, when we have it ready we remove the chicken and we add the prawns to make them.

Add the garlic and parsley, we already have the base made. We only have to put the chicken back with the prawns and put a little water to finish it.
