We start the day in Cooking Recipes preparing a nutritious breakfast for banana, pear smoothie and almond milk. A simple and quick alternative to start the day with energy for which we only need four ingredients and a food processor.
Given the great variety of fruits that we enjoy in summer, we can afford to prepare a different smoothie every day. Today, however, we have not resorted to fruits that we can have all year round. We have also substituted milk for a vegetable almond drink, so that the lactose intolerant and all those who do not include dairy in their diet can enjoy it.
- 2 frozen ripe bananas
- 2 frozen peeled conference pears
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 cups of vegetable almond drink
- 1 ripe banana to decorate
- We remove the bananas and pears from the freezer and put them in the blender glass along with ground ginger and almond drink. We work until we achieve a smooth mixture.
- We divide the mixture into two glasses and decorate with some pieces of ripe banana.
- We incorporate some oatmeal if we are going to have it as breakfast (optional)
