How i like the Nutella and banana combination. I can't resist trying any dessert that includes this combination among its ingredients. Hence, it did not take more than two days since I saw it in print to prepare the recipe that I present today: banana and nutella mug cake.

Mug cakes are small cakes that are made easily and quickly in the microwave. Ideal for when you want to indulge in dessert without complicating your life. There are many ingredients that we are going to use, but in small doses. It should all fit in one cup, well two!

This nutella banana mug cake is easy to make. In just 10 minutes we will have a dessert to take to the kitchen with which to indulge ourselves.

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup oatmeal
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella
  • 2 tablespoons of espresso
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate shavings
  • ¼ cup of cream (35% mg)

Preparation
  1. We mix in a bowl oatmeal, baking powder and salt.
  2. We smash the banana and mix it with the coconut oil, honey and lightly beaten eggs.
  3. Add the banana mixture to the bowl of dry ingredients and we mix until homogenized.
  4. We add the nutella and with a skewer stick we draw to incorporate it in a non-homogeneous way.
  5. We split the mix in two cups or mugs.
  6. We put some Chocolate chips and pour a tablespoon of coffee into each cup.
  7. We take to the microwave 1 minute and a half. Each microwave is a world; It will take you two or three mug cakes to find the appropriate time.
  8. Decorate with cream and nutella.
