This week I propose a baked stuffed tenderloin with potatoes, a dish to prepare a holiday with friends or family and look good, as it is very attractive. It seems like a complicated dish but it is very simple and complete.

The filling is optional, but what looks good on it and it always likes it is the cheese and the ham.

Ingredients
  • A piece of tenderloin or whatever you like the most. (1kg)
  • York ham or bacon
  • Sliced ​​cheese, the one you like the most
  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • A glass of wine (150ml.)
  • A glass of broth or tablet (200ml.)
  • Buy
  • Sal Island
  • Thyme

Preparation
  1. We will start by cleaning the piece of fat loin, we will make cuts along the entire length of the loin without reaching the bottom, with 3-4- cuts there is enough.
  2. We prepare the York ham and cheese filling. I put both in each cut.
  3. We will put it in the cuts and we will tie the loin with kitchen cord all around.
  4. We put the tenderloin in a baking dish, we will cut the finite potatoes, the onion, the tomatoes into quarters and all the vegetables that you like.
  5. Add the wine, the glass of broth, a drizzle of oil, salt and a little thyme, if you like.
  6. We will put it in the oven at 170º. When it is browned, we will turn it over, more or less it will take about 50 minutes, depending on the oven. If you see that it stays dry, add a little water. When everything is golden brown on the outside it will already be, you have to be careful so that the inside is not too dry.
  7. And voila, you will have to let it cool a little to be able to cut it.
  8. As you can see it is very simple and accompanied by vegetables and potatoes it is very good.
