Baked Rabbit with Spices

We season it and We add a few drops of oil. It can now be put in the oven, on the part of the rack so that the fat that it will release in its cooking process falls on the tray.

We let it be done to taste at 220 degrees. I personally like it well done, crispy.

It can even be eaten alone, so it is not mandatory to eat it with spices.
