This week I propose some baked potatoes with peppers, a delicious, simple dish that everyone will surely like.

Preparation
  1. We peel and wash the potatoes, clean the peppers, remove the white part that is inside and the seeds. We cut it into strips or pieces.
  2. The potatoes are cut into slices that are not very fat.
  3. We put a non-stick frying pan with plenty of oil over medium high heat, when it is hot we add the cut potatoes and the peppers. We will let it cook until they are well done, fried and golden brown.
  4. Once the potatoes and peppers are there, we turn off the fire. I put them in a drainer and let it release a little oil so they are not so oily.
  5. Add a little salt. We serve in a fountain.
  6. And we already have delicious baked potatoes with peppers to accompany any dish.
