If you have items like peas, potatoes and eggs around, why not prepare an exquisite omelette?
Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked peas
2 medium boiled potatoes
4 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tbsp flour
salt and pepper
pinch of nutmeg
3 tablespoons grated cheese
oil
Preparation:
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and mix them with the peas. Beat the rest of the ingredients and add the peas and potatoes.
Oil a 24 cm diameter baking dish and turn the preparation over and take it to a moderate oven for 45 minutes or until the tortilla has set.
