Baked cauliflower with peppers

Baked cauliflower with peppers

There was a season when I enjoyed making elaborate dishes. In recent years, however, I reserve them for specific occasions and I bet daily on simple dishes like this Baked cauliflower with peppers. Dishes that not because of their simplicity, have less flavor or are less enjoyed. Does the same thing happen to you?

In this dish all the ingredients They are presented "al dente". The cauliflower is crispy after 25 minutes in the oven and the same happens with the onion and peppers that we have cooked at medium-high temperature in the pan. If you prefer them to be more tender, you will only have to blanch the cauliflower before putting it in the oven and increase the cooking time of the rest of the vegetables.

Preparing this source of vegetables has no difficulty and the result is a light and healthy dish. A dish to which you can also incorporate other vegetables and to which you can give a personal touch using the spices that you like the most to season the cauliflower. I love paprika and curry and this time I decided to go for the former.
