This weekend we enjoy this delicious cod with baked potatoes. It is a very simple dish to make and at the same time it is quite healthy, since the fish has very few calories and the baked potato (also boiled or in the microwave) is much more hypocaloric than is believed.

Cod with baked potatoes
This cod with baked potatoes is an ideal recipe for the whole family as it is very healthy due to its low fat content.

Ingredients
- 750 gr. cod
- 3 medium potatoes
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic
- Parsley
- Oregano
- Sal Island
- Olive oil
Preparation
- In the oven plate we pour a splash of oil and we place the potatoes sliced. Above these we put the thinly sliced onions and we add a little oil again.
- Next we add the cod, already clean and cut into pieces. Above this we will add the garlic in small pieces and finally we will add salt, parsley and oregano both for the cod and for the potatoes.
- We put in the oven at 180º C for 40 minutes.
