This time I bring you a avocado and crab stick cocktail, assorted lettuce and with a pink sauce, a very healthy starter. The avocado has healthy fatty acids and antioxidants, accompanied by the protein from the sticks and the vegetable part that makes up the lettuce and the cucumber. If you like contrasts, you can add fresh or canned pineapple, it goes well with the cocktail.

Ingredients
  • 1 bag of mixed lettuces
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 package of crab sticks
  • ½ onion
  • 1-2 cucumbers
  • 1 can of pitted black olives
  • For the pink sauce:
  • 1 pot of mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • 1-2 tablespoons brandy or orange juice

Preparation
  1. To prepare the cocktail with avocado and crab sticks, we will start by washing the mixed lettuce, we will soak them for 5 minutes. We remove, drain well and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the bone from the center and cut it into small pieces.
  3. We cut the onion into very small pieces.
  4. Peel and cut the cucumber into small squares
  5. We cut the crab sticks into thin slices.
  6. We assemble the cocktail in a few glasses or glasses that are wide, we put the lettuce at the base, on top we put pieces of avocado, onion, cucumber and crab sticks.
  7. We cut the olives in half or slices and put them on top.
  8. We prepare the pink sauce, the quantities will be to the taste of each one, since each diner can put the amount they want.
  9. We put 7-8 tablespoons of mayonnaise, add 1-2 tablespoon of ketchup and 1-2 tablespoons of brandy or orange juice, mix well. We try and we will add some ingredient until we leave it to our liking and the desired amount.
  10. We put the glasses in the fridge without the sauce until serving time !!!
