- 1 tablespoon ketchup

- First we are going to put a small saucepan with water on the fire.
- Peel and wash the carrot well, cut in half and put in the saucepan.
- When the carrot takes about 5 minutes to the fire, add the peas and cook for 10 more minutes.
- We strain the vegetables and pass through the stream of cold water to cut the cooking, we reserve.
- Now, we put a saucepan on the fire with 1,5 liters of water and the 4 glasses of rice.
- Add salt and cook for about 15 minutes, without letting the rice cook completely.
- Once ready, drain and cool with cold water to stop cooking. We booked.
- On the other hand, we beat the two eggs with a pinch of salt and make a very fine omelette, if necessary, we can make two so that they are thin.

- We put a large frying pan on the fire with a base of virgin olive oil.
- Add the rice and sauté for a few minutes over medium heat, add a little salt.
- Add all the ingredients and cook for a few more minutes.
- To prepare the sweet and sour sauce we put the water in a small saucepan.
- Add the sugar, ketchup, a pinch of salt and the rice vinegar.
- We stir well with some rods and put it on the fire until it starts to boil.
- To thicken the sauce, we dissolve a tablespoon of cornstarch in cold water and add little by little until we obtain a light sauce.
