We will make a simple recipe for a delicious sweet dessert with apples and yogurt so that cold flavors at the end of lunch or dinner composed of natural and healthy foods for the organism.
Ingredients:
3 apples
2 tablespoons honey
1 pot of plain yogurt (unflavored)
2 tablespoons raisins
ground cinnamon, to sprinkle, to taste
Preparation:
Heat the honey in a pot and then mix it with the yogurt pot and beat it for a few moments and add the raisins and stir the ingredients.
Then peel the apples and grate them with a grater and add them to the previous preparation, stirring all the ingredients with a spoon. Finally, chill the dessert in the refrigerator for a few hours and serve the portions in small containers sprinkled with a little cinnamon powder.
