Apple sorbet

Ingredients:
4 Granny Smith apples (500 g)
The lemon juice of 1
30cl of syrup (300 g of sugar with 30 ml of water)
8cl of Calvados

Preparation:
Cut the apples finely, leaving the skin. Put them in the freezer overnight, drizzled with the lemon juice.
Prepare a syrup by placing 300g of sugar with 30ml of water in a saucepan.
Pour the hot syrup over the frozen apples. Beat everything finely.
Put in the ice cream maker. If we do not have a refrigerator, put it in the freezer and stir in time, do this process at least 3 or 4 times, until it is frozen.
Once the sorbet is done, when serving in the glass, add a splash of Calvados.
