  • 6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 6 tablespoons flower honey
  • Sal Island
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
  1. First we have to cut and clean the wings, if they are not already cut.
  2. We cut the wings and clean the remains of feathers and blood well under the stream of cold water.
  3. We dry the chicken with absorbent paper and reserve.
  4. We prepare the sauce in a glass container, for this we add the 6 tablespoons of sweet mustard and the 6 tablespoons of honey.
  5. We stir well until obtaining a light sauce.
  6. We salt the chicken wings on both sides.
  7. We prepare a baking tray with a sheet of waxed paper.
  8. Meanwhile, we are preheating the oven to about 200 degrees.
  9. Finally, we are passing the wings one by one through the mustard and honey mixture, ensuring that they are well covered.
  10. We are placing all the wings on the oven tray.
  11. We put in the oven for about 30 or 40 minutes, turning them towards the middle of cooking.
  12. Meanwhile, we are preparing some fries as a side.
  13. We peel and wash the potatoes, dry them before cutting them.
  14. Cut into small cubes and salt them before frying.
  15. When the potatoes are golden brown, remove them on absorbent paper to remove the excess oil, add a touch of salt and that's it.

Notes
If you want to add a different touch, you can add garlic powder to the wings before passing them through the sauce.
