In a saucepan we will put butter, when it melts we will add the potatoes and stir well. Add the salt, parsley and a little nutmeg, and finally, add the milk little by little until you get a thick and light cream.
Once we have everything done we will do the fried eggs. To make them so beautiful, put the fire in the pan low and let them cook slowly.
