Preparation

To make this vegetable kettledrum with mashed potatoes and egg, the Ingredients will vary according to diners that we have. Those that I have put, more or less is for two people. But if you have leftover puree you can always make another recipe as it is very helpful.

First we will cut the tips and the lateral threads of the green beans. We will wash them very well and cook them for 10 min in water with a little salt. After that time, we will reserve them.

At the same time that the beans are being made, we will do the mashed potatoes. We will peel and wash the potatoesThen we will cut it into more or less medium dice and cook them in water with a little salt for about 20 min. If you prefer a quick thing, put them in a pressure cooker for only 5 min after the steam has come out of the valve.

Once this time has passed, we will remove the potatoes, let them warm and then mash them with a fork or pass them through a puree raisin. In a saucepan we will put butter, when it melts we will add the potatoes and stir well. Add the salt, parsley and a little nutmeg, and finally, add the milk little by little until you get a thick and light cream.

Once we have everything done we will do the fried eggs. To make them so beautiful, put the fire in the pan low and let them cook slowly.

To mount this Vegetable timbale with mashed potatoes and egg, you will place a round-shaped pasta cutter on the plate. First you will put a vegetable base, then the mashed potatoes (press a little with the spoon so that it stays fixed) and, finally, the fried egg. It's ready, take advantage of you!
