Lasagna with meat and pate, simple and delicious
Some time ago, I already made one meat lasagna bolognese, but today, I want to surprise you with this lasagna with meat and pork pate. The pate gives the meat a special and juicy touch, in addition, this is how we take advantage of the typical cans of pate that we hardly ever use.
It is very easy to make and has hardly any calories since the meat I have used is veal and the lasagna sheets are precooked, so it won't take you long to do it.
Ingredients
- 1/2 onion.
- 1/2 bell pepper.
- 1/4 kilo of beef.
- Pre-cooked lasagna sheets.
- 2-3 small cans of pate.
- Grated cheese.
- Fried tomato.
- Water.
- Olive oil.
- Salt
- Thyme.
Preparation
To make this simple lasagna recipe, first, we will chop the onion and the pepper in very small dice. In this way they will mix well with the meat, without causing us to find the little pieces. In addition, we will put the lasagna sheets in water so that they soften a little.
Later, we will poach the onion and the chopped pepper in a pan with a good drizzle of olive oil. When we see that they have diminished, we will add the meat and stir well until it changes color. Then, we will incorporate the cans of pate and stir again. We will cook at least 10 min until the meat is completely done.
Then we will assemble the lasagna. First, we will pour a drizzle of fried tomato on the base of the baking dish. Then, we will alternate a layer of lasagna sheets with one of meat, ending with one of lasagna. Every time we put a layer of meat we will add a little fried tomato on top. Later, we will bathe it with bechamel and cheese and put it in the oven 180ºC for 20- 25 min.
