Today I bring you this simple and delicious recipe, maria cookie flan in the microwave. This dessert can save you any improvised occasion, since it is prepared with very few ingredients and in just over 15 minutes you will have it ready. The result is this delicious flan with a special biscuit flavor, ideal for all palates.
If you want you can give it an original touch by adding some nuts such as macadamia nuts or caramelised. Although you will have to be careful if the dessert is going to be eaten by very young children, especially for allergy reasons. In this case, I have prepared a not too large flan, so that it does not dry out if it is not eaten quickly. But if you want to prepare a bigger flan, you just have to double the amounts of all the ingredients. We get let's do it!
- 15 Maria type cookies
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- We put the two eggs in the blender glass.
- We add the milk, the sugar and the vanilla essence.
- Finally, we incorporate the cookies, breaking them a little with our hands.
- Now we have to beat all the mixture well with the mixer.
- Everything must be well incorporated and the cookies completely dissolved.
- Once ready, we are going to prepare the mold.
- We will have to make sure that it is suitable for the microwave, a silicone mold will be ideal.
- We put a couple of tablespoons of liquid caramel and spread it well throughout the mold.
- We pour the dough into the mold.
- Finally, we put the mold carefully in the microwave and cook at medium temperature for exactly 13 minutes.
- And voila, we just have to wait for it to cool down well to be able to enjoy this delicious flan.
