It is a recipe that can be prepared in advance, which gives us a lot of peace of mind and allows us to enjoy the company of those we have invited home. All of them will end up dipping bread, I assure you! The sauce in this stew it should not be wasted. Don't you want to try it?
- 800 g. hake loins
- 400 gr. mussels
- 12 prawns
- 1 medium onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cayenne chilli
- 300 g. crushed tomato
- 200 ml. fish broth
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Flour (XNUMXg)
- Salt and pepper
- We clean the mussels well removing the beards with a knife.
- In a frying pan with a background of olive oil sauté the prawns a few minutes, until they change color. Then we take them out and reserve them.
- Then season the loins of hake and flour them. We brown them in the same oil, one minute on each side. We take out and reserve
- In the same oil sauté the onion, garlic and chilli 10 minutes.
- After add the crushed tomato and cook the whole for 10 minutes.
- We incorporate the hake and add the hot fish broth and the mussels, cover and cook for a few minutes until we see that the mussels open.
- To finish add the prawns , cook for a couple of minutes and serve.
