Egg stuffed meatballs, They are delicious. Some fried and stuffed meatballs ideal to accompany them with a vegetable dish, as a starter or even as an aperitif.
Meatballs are very popular, it is a traditional dish, but we always prepare them with a sauce. To change a bit, I wanted to prepare them fried and stuffed, they were very good and they liked them a lot. They carry a seasoned minced meat to give it a good flavor.
They can be accompanied by a tomato sauce that goes very well, it can also be accompanied by ketchup, mayonnaise or prepared in sauce.

Ingredients
  • 500 gr. minced mixed meat
  • 1 package of quail eggs
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • A handful of parsley
  • Pepper
  • Sal Island
  • 1 Egg
  • Flour (XNUMXg)
  • Ketchup

Preparation
  1. To make the egg-stuffed meatballs, first we will season the meat, put it in a bowl, add the minced garlic, parsley, pepper, a little salt and a beaten egg. We mix everything, we leave it in the fridge to rest for a few hours.
  2. On the other hand we will cook the quail eggs.
  3. When they are cooked and cold we peel them. To prepare the meatballs we take a handful of meat, make it a ball, flatten it and in the center we put a quail egg. We close it leaving the meatball done.
  4. We put a bowl with flour. We are coating the meatballs.
  5. We put a frying pan with plenty of oil to heat, when it is hot we will add the meatballs and we will fry them until they are golden brown.
  6. We will take them out when they are golden brown and we will put them on a plate with kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.
  7. And it only remains to serve them hot accompanied by a sauce.
