Today I bring you one Catalan spinach lasagna. Lasagna can be prepared in a variety of ways, they can even be prepare for use. It is a laborious dish, since it takes several steps but it is worth the result, it is great and it is sure that the whole family will like it.
Spinach is a vegetable that is difficult to introduce, especially to the little ones, but accompanied by sauce and more ingredients, it is a bit covered and is easier to consume. Is a vegetable with many nutrients, iron, low in fat and is very light.

Ingredients
- 1 package of pasta for lasagna
- 1 kilo of spinach
- 1 cebolla
- A handful of raisins
- A handful of pine nuts
- 1 Carrot
- Bechamel sauce
- Grated cheese
Preparation
- The first thing will be to prepare the lasagna plates, according to the manufacturer. There are some that are soaked and others have to be boiled.
- We soak the raisins in water to hydrate them.
- Peel and cut the onion into small pieces and the carrot, in a pan with a little oil, add the onion and the carrot, let everything cook.
- We drain the raisins and add them to the casserole, we also add the pine nuts and let them toast a little to give it more flavor.
- Add the clean spinach, stir everything together, add a little salt. We turn off.
- We prepare the bechamel.
- We put the plates in a baking dish and on top we put a layer of spinach on top we will put a little bechamel.
- Another layer of spinach and béchamel, we will prepare as many layers as we like, the last one will be a plate of lasagna that we will cover with béchamel and a layer of grated cheese.
- We put in the oven at 180ºC until golden.
- We take out and serve.
