Bananas with orange, aphrodisiac dessert
We are going to start the week with something sweet, a very easy to do, fast, that includes fruit and has a very exotic touch. As if that were not enough, his presentation is for ten and with him we can be like royalty at family dinners or with friends. What more can we ask for?
The possibilities for this simple dessert are endless. Here are some occasions when you can offer it:
- At a romantic dinner. Did you know that cinnamon is an aphrodisiac?
- At a lunch chic. Serve it on white and square plates, place two pieces of banana in some very cute position and decorate the plate with the orange sauce, a little cinnamon, orange zest or even a little coconut.
- When at lunch or dinner there are children who do not eat fruit. Serve it in glasses cut into small pieces, fill the glass with sauce halfway and decorate with cream. You will see how they disappear!
Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- The juice of an orange
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- A teaspoon of cinnamon
- 10 grams of butter
Crafting
Melt the butter in a pan, cut the bananas in the way you like best and fry them for a minute on both sides. Remove them from the heat and place them on the plate where you are going to serve them. Then in a saucepan add the orange juice, sugar and cinnamon, cook everything for a few minutes, until the sauce begins to have some consistency.
When it is ready, pour the plantains with the sauce and that's it. This time I decorated them with the orange peel, other times I have sprinkled grated coconut. Either way, it is always a success. Bon appetit and good start to the week!
